Three U. of I. faculty members awarded Sloan fellowships
Three professors at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have been selected to receive 2013 Sloan Research Fellowships from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.

Edgar County Shooting Sports Informational Meeting
Sunday, February 24th, 2 PM at the 4-H Multi-Purpose building. This meeting is for all youth, parents and potential volunteers. Enrollment forms for this club will be available at the meeting. Music Performance by Costas
Fling winter far away with some hot music! The Spurlock Museum celebrates the melodies of Colombia and Ecuador at an afternoon with the band Costas on February 24. At 1:00 PM, band members will discuss their musical instruments in the South American exhibit, and at 1:45, they will perform a concert in the Ancient Mediterranean Gallery.
